Old Town Penobscot 16
A straight keel line and the
sharpest entry of all Oltonar/Royalex® canoes puts
the Penobscot 16 in a class by itself for paddling ease.
While excellent in flat water, Penobscot’s design and Oltonar/Royalex®
construction makes it very much at home in fast water. A fine
tandem daytripping boat, the Penobscot 16 shines as a solo canoe
for paddlers with higher skill levels who enjoy downriver
whitewater racing or wilderness tripping. Its straight-on speed,
handling ease, and capacity are exactly what an all-around
performance canoe should be.
Standard features include
vintage-look gold leaf graphics (based on custom designs from
the 1920s), black anodized aluminum gunwales, polyethylene decks
w/grab handles, ash carrying yoke and thwart, and web seats.

Old Town Ojibway
Proudly blending tradition and
technology, the innovative Ojibway features classic shape and
styling inspired by Old Town's Native American heritage,
combined with advanced, unitized PolyLink3™ construction for
optimum strength, durability, safety and performance. The
Ojibway is based on the best-selling Discovery 158 hull,
famous for efficiency and stability. The Ojibway's
stinctive tumblehome design curves gunwales inside the outer
edge for easier paddling, while its unitized 3-layer
PolyLink3™ hull is strong, rugged, unsinkable...and made for
extremely low maintenance - just hose it clean.

Old Town Discovery Scout
If your paddling
tastes include a variety of water conditions, the Discovery
Scout is for you. Whether it’s running Class III drops or
enjoying an evening with your kids, this design does it all.
Taking the successful lines of the Appalachian and locking them
in a
SuperLink3™ hull has created a super tough, affordable river
running performer. Like the Appalachian, the Discovery
Scout has just enough rocker for playing in your favorite rock
garden but not so much to sacrifice efficiency in the flat
stretches. If river trips or family outings are in your plans,
the Discovery Scout’s 1075 lb. capacity can easily handle your
extra gear or family members. Standard features include
black vinyl gunwales, polyethylene decks with grab handles,
nylon web seats, grab loops and ash yoke and thwart.
